If you happen to stumble across this blog it may not be of much interest to you... But, for those of you in my life wanting to keep up, the words below are plenty. This is a journey of my life this past year, a newly single mother trying to figure out how to live life to the fullest! In the beginning there was an attempt at daily posts, now I am lucky if I get my fingers on the keyboard every week! I write about life, living and all of the fun stuff in between. 317 days to go...

Day 48 - Ahhh... I love drama free days. Nothing much happened today, that's not to say I wasn't busy, but it was a normal day!
I had lunch with an old high school girlfriend. I guess I haven't seen her in over a year... that went by quick. She happened to pick the same location I had dessert at last night. As I walked into the restaurant, the waitress recognized me from the night before and proceeded to inform me that my date from last night left his sunglasses. (strange that I clarify last night... its not like I have been on any other dates!) So cliche... leave something behind so you can get a second date! He and I joked about it all evening. He truly seems to be a geniune person.
Just finished packing the bags to head to the ranch this weekend. It's my friend Chris' bday and a group of us are going wine tasting. I cannot wait, I am sure we will have a fantastic weekend. I have tons of fun up there and that's without my friends... this time I am bringing 5! Watch out Paso, the city bunch are on there way!
